Dont understand all the positive reviews. App is useless

Dont understand all the positive reviews,must be bogus reviews. App is worthless and more difficult to use than their website. Which I did not think was even possible,that website is painful. Could not get signed into the app,kept getting error messages or no response from clicks.App freezes up.
